As the summer months continue to get hotter, keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your workout.

Fun Exercise Combination
Irish Jig
Jack & Jig
Criss Cross Feet
Jack & Jig with variation # 6
Knee to Elbow
Jack Knee to Elbow


Perform the Irish Jig for 15 seconds followed by Jack and Jig for 45 seconds. Then do Criss Cross Feet for 15 seconds folowed by Jack and Jig  (variation #6) for 45 seconds. Finish up with Knee to Elbow for 15 seconds followed by  Jack Knee to Elbow for 45 seconds.  This takes three minutes to complete and can be repeated any number of times. It is an excellent cardio routine involving head to toe movements.
