Fiji Sale A school teacher from the Fiji Islands, sent in an order by fax. She misunderstood the fee difference between downloads and CD-ROMs. Due to the fact that she was ordering for a school, I decided to allow the lower price. Then my conscience started to bother me as I thought about other potential customers. SO, for a very limited time, I am selling the All Sixteen Water Workout CD-ROM for the same cost as the download. That means you get the CD-ROM for $99.99 instead of $199.00 - a savings of $100.00!

Expert Answer Q: I'm currently doing a water aerobic class but have a problem keeping my feet on bottom when moving with weight; punching or kick boxing. Do you have a idea how I can make my feet stay on the bottom when running and punching down? They seem to want to just barely touch or float. Becky James
A: Becky, I have had your emails bounce back to me for some reason, so let me try to answer your question. Without any additional info from you, my first thought is that you are in water that is too deep. Chest depth is the desired level. Are you wearing any flotation devices or using flotation equipment that is keeping you off the floor? I would love to hear from you, so I can answer your question thoroughly. Thanks for asking, Carla.

Exercise Routine from Debby Gifford of Cocoa Beach, Florida. I put together a line dancing class for my group and it was a great hit! We did all those familiar dances used at weddings – chicken dance, Macarena, electric slide, polka…… harder than you might think in the water. I also had them use the noodle partner with the waltz. Have them be both the "man – lead" and the "woman – Follow". Have fun and "dip" your partner. The whole idea is to just "have fun"! The noodle tango is simply doing the tango while holding the noodle vertically as your partner – remind participants not to jerk their heads as they change travel from side to side. The beauty of the water is that it doesn't hurt when your partner steps on your foot, and it you are not in-step, no one can tell. You can find dance steps here.
I spend several classes teaching one dance per class, then we spent one entire class just dancing. This is the list of songs and dances I used to complete a 45 minute class.
Dance with me Henry - warm up Rock-n-roll waltz - dance the waltz Blue Tango - noodle tango Rag Mop - Charleston Mexican Hat Dance Alley Cat Beer Barrell Polka - Polka Mambo #5 - Mambo You should be Dancing - Water break - freestyle - whatever you like (I demo'd with a John Travolta type finger point overhead and toe point to the side; both sides then across the front with the arm reach both sides) Electric Slide The Hustle - we did the Bus Stop Macarena Chicken Dance Hockey Pokey Good Night Sweetheart; Good Night Irene - Cool Down
Thanks Debby!
