A:      We have several workouts that you can do while your resistance flow is deactivated - your  selection  will be based on your goals and results.
To Deep or Not To Deep Water Workout
Aqua Body Boot Camp Workout
Interchangeable Home Pool Water Workout
Interchangeable Total Cardio Workout
Interchangeable Rock Bottom Workout
Noodle Water Workout
Variety Workout

The Interchangeable Total Cardio Workout can also be done while the resistance flow is on - you will need to travel into the flow. This will create a higher intensity workout.  Thanks for asking, Carla.

Exercise Routine from Kathie Ferguson of Fort Morgan, Colorado.
HI! I developed this using the 12 Days of Christmas! It is an interval work out and my classes love it enough we do it through out the year!
Day 1) Partridge in a Pear Tree- Quad Stretch (right hand takes right ankle to bum- do not over torque the knee) Left arm up hold 30 seconds and change arm and leg
Day 2) Turtle Doves-Arm circles forward and backward
Day 3) French Hens-Can Can (alone or with arms linked with others this always brings out the smiles)
Day 4) Calling Birds-Froggies (we say these birds eat frogs)
Day 5) Golden Rings -Jog in a circle and then sing as loud as we can"5 Golden Rings" and then go backwards and sing again
Day 6) Geese a Laying-squats across the pool and back
Day 7) Swans a Swimming-Bicycle
Day 8) Maids A Milking-Bicep curls
Day 9) Ladies Dancing-Twisting in place
Day 10) Lords a Leaping-Leaping across the pool change lead legs from side to side
Day 11) Pipers Piping-Blast Offs knees SOFT
Day 12) Drummers Drumming-Hammer curls

Repeat from Day 1
Cardio moves we do for 2 minutes, the strength moves we do 12 (squats are across the pool and back 2x's). I go though it one time without buoys or noodles (as a warm up) and then add them.

Family Traditions
Most family traditions are filled with happy and warm feelings. Traditions are begun and are repeated for their various values or meanings.  My father started a tradition years ago - one that we all shared as a family and now continue to perform in his memory. Daddy doubled his tip giving between Thanksgiving and Christmas - regardless of the service rendered. His desire was to help struggling families to have a happier holiday season. I invite you to join my family this year with our tradition, or to start a similar one of your own. We should awaken to our numerous blessings and bestow a portion of it on others.
